Which Ph.D. program is better, considering their research and job opportunity? Professors in both of them are very kind. The professor in Northwestern who I may work with is the director of the department. So I'm a little in favor of Northwestern now. But Upenn is very famous, and I like it very much. so I haven't made my decision yet. I appreciate any advice from you. Thank you very much!
