Hi All, Now I have to make a decision after getting 4 admits and please help me in this. Please find my details below, Applied Department/Major: Electrical Engg/Analog-RF VLSI GRE Score : Total(Q,V,A) 750 470 3.0 TOEFL Score: 105 UG Univ/Major: Bangalore University/UVCE/Electronics & Communication Engg UG CGPA : 84.37% (University 2nd Rank) Work Experience : - >2.5 years of Relevant Work-ex in Design Engineering Publications/Projects etc : 0/2-Full chip and >8 Analog IP Projects. ADMITS: - University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (Grad Adviser: Ramesh Harjani) - Ohio State University, Columbus - University of Southern California, LA - University of Texas, Dallas REJECTS: - University of Washington - University of Arizona - Arizona State University - Oregon State University WAITING: - University of California, San Diego - University of California, Irvine - University of Colorado, Boulder - University of Florida, Gainesville Here are my plans, - I'm seriously interested in pursuing PhD, hence, will be opting MS-Thesis - I'm very much in need of Funding, so, please let me know what are my chances - Do I really need to wait for other results or should go with the ones which have given Admits - I prefer University of Minnesota , because of Analog research, cost of living and reputation. Please correct/comment on my opinion. Thanks.
