UMD vs UWisc vs UMich vs UPenn (CS Master)

No. But looks like UMD & UMich are most generous in giving TAs. Industrial RA fund possible at U Wisc. No funding opportunity at UPenn. -
Hi. I got MS ad from the above schools, but it's really, really, really hard to decide which one to go to. In terms of tuition, I'd go for UMD or UWisc, but I'm really not sure about which one is stronger in systems and/or vision/graphics. UWisc has a decent CS program, but things at Wisconsin... UMD & UMich I'm not sure which one has more reputation. UPenn is less ranked but it's Ivy. I'm also not sure which one would be easier for the job market. Thx!
