Thank you for your reply. I have decided to go to UFL, actually I think academia is a better choice for me, but I am really reluctant to reject NCSU where I can have broader choices.

the program @ UFL suits my research interest while the program @ NCSU is too big~~ NCSU has a better location for seeking jobs and higher ranking in stat~~ really hard decision, how do I choose??
