For the other person on the forum waiting on Estonia, I received my letter today (I'm in Massachusetts). They designated me as an alternate, but I will probably withdraw, as I have to commit to grad school funding by Wednesday. Good luck to everyone else!

Which Baltic country are you applying to? I heard from Rachel last week that they hope to mail Estonia letters by the end of this week. I'm not on the spreadsheet, but I had to de-lurk at the news that others are waiting on Baltic countries as well! Good luck!
