I didn't receive anything from them last week, and they emailed me back almost immediately this morning. That's why I'm guessing they just forgot...

Well, if this is the same thing all the winners got looks like we might have to wait until next Wednesday at the EARLIEST! Yuck

In previous years they have sent official alternate notifications. I asked in an earlier post if anyone had received an alternate designation, but no response yet. I think maybe we are alternates, although crimsonengineer87 made a good point that perhaps a funding agency or two has been late to declare their awards.

I emailed them Monday morning and they gave me that response. They actually responded fairly quickly, although not that informative. I also know someone who called them Monday and got the same reply as everyone else, "All notices sent out today". Calling doesn't seem to provide very accurate information.

At this point I'm willing to guess we are part of "wave two", whatever that means.

This is the email I got Monday, I think someone else posted a similar on as well. The first wave of award notifications have been issued, however, we are still in the process of administering the complete list of awards this time.
