    How about University of Arizona and Umass-Amherst? Are they also great school in EE program?

    As title U of Arizona ECE MS vs UMass-Amherst ECE MS I heard some bad news about the UArizona ECE. Does anyone know the real situation in these two schools? The first choice for me to study is the IC Design (VLSI) I would like to have my first job in US in order to obtain the oversea working experience. Please, give me some advises. Thanks.
