First of all, get your hands on a practice test as soon as possible so that you can determine how much preparation you'll need. If your score is far too low to get into your schools choice, then strongly consider waiting until after November to take the test.

If you're near or above your ideal score, then determine your problem areas and devote some time each week to preparing for those aspects of the test.

Thanks for the Advice. Do you know what are the best books, practice test etc to buy? There seem to be a good few different publishers and I'm not sure which are most productive and which are just a waste of money.
