1. Cornell does not have a better rep than UPENN (generally) and definitely not when it pertains to the financial services industry
2. If you are planning to get a job in the US and can get the Wharton name on your resume by taking courses at the school, you'd be in a much better position than putting the Johnson School at Cornell (even if this were an option) on your resume.
3. The networking opportunities at Wharton are impeccable; if you can align yourself with their recruiting events, mixers, etc. UPENN (Wharton) is without a doubt the place to be for a career in finance.
