I have an MS in computer science with a 3.5 GPA. i have applied to a PHD in computer science (as an international student) at Concordia university and i still did not receive a reply. on myConcordia it says that "Your file is being assessed and we will notify you when a decision has been made. " I sent them an email 2 months ago asking abt the results, and their reply was the decision may take 6 to 8 weeks. i heard that the decision should be made in April. its May now and i haven't heard anything. does this mean i am on waiting list or some sort of late rejection stuff?
