I did this: http://www.nsfgrfp.org/ Then I scrolled down to "Site Highlights" and clicked on "View Applicant Rating Sheets"

You can also log into your ratings sheets now - they still aren't posted, but at least I'm not getting the "404 error" message anymore. This SUCKS.
