Hi,
I was recently admitted into Wagner's MPA Program. I have a few questions for current students or Wagner alum. My personality type has always been to quietly do my work. I participate and ask questions when I have them, and partake in group activities when they arise. However, I have never been the super-socialite in school/networking settings. I know that grad school is about networking and breaking down these barriers, but I am curious to what extent I will be "thrown" into these types of situations. I feel like most other students who will be attending relish these opportunities more than i do. I know with other programs, you work in cohorts, and I definitely come out of my shell a bit once I am familiar and comfortable with people around me. I wanted to hear from people who are in (or have graduated) Wagner's MPA Program about this. Thanks a lot.
