Hi everyone, I'm moving to Philly in August for Upenn PhD. I really want to live in a suburban area but I'm thinking about if it's worth the commute every day to campus. I'm not sure if this is feasible or what the experience would be like, since people have mentioned it's probably not a good idea to buy a car. And I'd also appreciate any recommendations on beautiful suburban neighborhoods close by. Thanks in advance
Hi, I'm applying to social psych PhD programs this Fall. I understand I can take the GRE subject test for psychology but most schools that I plan to apply to don't require it. I guess I can just take it anyway. But just want to get a sense of it. Do people usually take it? How important is it (I heard it's possible that this would help with fellowship application or something)? Really want to know what you guys think about this. Thank you very much!!
