  1. Not really. I was just looking for someone to help me write one.
  2. Hey guys, I'm a bachelor in Computer science and currently working as a software engineer. I've always wanted to get my masters and I think its the right time for me to get it now. I wrote my GRE last month. But, I'm looking at Getting my masters from UK and none of the universities i've contacted have requested a GRE score. So, all i need to do is get a good band in IELTS and show a strong SOP. Thanks to the discussions in the forum, i've got an idea of how my SOP must look like. But i'm still uncertain of preparing my SOP entirely on my own. In addition to that, English is not my first language. So, i'd love if someone with any experience writing SOP's for a similar course could help me. Thank you
  3. From what i know, UK will be cheaper and quicker than US. You can complete your MS in UK in 1 year without much pain. To complete MS in US in 1 year, its going to be very annoying. So, more the duration, more expensive it is.
  4. Hi, I'm sure the question has been discussed several times in different forums. I could not find any discussions on the field of my choice though. I'm looking at MS in computer Science. I'm not sure which one to pick. I understand the advantages of having a MS from UK and US. But I'm not sure of the offers we'll have at the end of the course. Any information from the one's who've already completed Graduations will be helpful. Thanks.
  5. I just wrote my GRE 3 days back. I was never really comfortable with Verbal. Never understood how to crack the RC's. :S I just managed to hit a 350-450 in verbal. On a positive note, i hit the 740-800 in quants. Thats really got me thinking of a taking a re-test. I'm planning for MS in Computer science. From what i've read on some forums, provided i have a decent TOEFL score, universities may ignore my pathetic verbal score. Someone please correct me if i've got it wrong.
