If you plan on applying there -- please make sure you follow up closely. The counselor offered to attain my transcript being that I am a USC alumna. I called to verify that they had my application, however I was lied to as they got it in 2 months later. The program I applied for had started and they failed to make a decision by then. I was told that I would get an answer by a certain date multiple times, yet it did not happen. I had to file a grievance to get any attention. I am disgusted by how unorganized they were in handling my application. Their lagging worked to my advantage because I got into a better school. Apply with caution and good luck. I truly hope that no one else has the same experience.
