Thanks, Everyone. Persistence seemed to be the primary solution. At least you all had the sunlight to pursue the tedium against. My submission time was 9am!

I'm experiencing this problem, also. There is an absurd yellow box telling me that I have to wait to upload documents and, when I attempt to, it just keeps "processing" until it times out. Has anyone encountered a secret solution to this? - I've tried firefox and explorer. Mac and PC. Totally frustrating. cc.
