Hi,
Has anyone here already interviewed at Mount Sinai? I have a neuroscience interview coming up next week, and this is my top choice, so any advice/info/thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!

I contacted the admissions person at Mt. Sinai about my chances post interview, and she said that they are interviewing ~100 people and are looking to enroll 35-38. Does that mean they will admit more than that number? Does anyone know what enrollment roughly translates to in terms of admission?

I am going for an interview for Mt. Sinai Neuro 2/21-2/22. I emailed the admissions people, and they told me they are interviewing ~100 people and will enroll 35-38.
Does anyone know what that approximately translates to in terms of admission? I assume they will have to admit more than that number of people for those spots to fill up...

Has anyone heard from Weill Cornell Neuro? I was looking at the results page, and it seems that only one person has posted about an interview invite....

Thanks for the input. I just haven't heard back from most places and I'm starting to get worried. My undergrad GPA is on the low side (3.1), but I went to a top ivy and took difficult science courses. My GRE scores are decent (V:164 Q:163 W:4.0). I also have co-authored several publications in mid-tier journals. I figured I'd get at least one invite... So I'm trying to figure out why this is not happening... I'm wondering what I can do to make my application stronger for the
next cycle... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Quick question: Did most people here take a GRE subject test? Do you know how vital that is to one's application?

My interview will be 2/21-2/22.
I just saw on the results page that someone got rejected from Mount Sinai a few days after their interview. If you are reading, can you please let me know what the interview was like?
