Does anyone know when UPenn is supposed to contact people about their MA program? The website said that decisions will be made by mid-March, but it doesn't look like anyone has posted any acceptances or rejections yet. Maybe I'm starting to get a little impatient, but they have had my application for more than 3 months!

Has anyone else heard back from the MAPH program? I've been accepted without any funding, and I'm trying to decide whether or not to go. I've been offered full funding at another university, but I'm finding it hard to turn down U of Chicago. Advice?
