Harvard's engineering program is very small so it is not as well known as the other schools listed. However, the labs they do have are excellent. If your interests match up well with a group at Harvard, the quality of research and funding would certainly be similar to the other schools. If you're just looking for a school with a wide breadth of projects to hopefully find something after you get admitted, it is probably not the best place to go.

Completely depends on what you are interested in doing, they're all amazing schools. You just need to find the supervisor and project that are best for you.
