Don't let the fact that you don't have a business background discourage you. An MBA program is a good decision for anyone who is genuinely interested in business and is looking for more education and better career opportunities. An MBA program will only help you. Your curriculum will be tailored to your interests academically. Do some research, and you will find the right program for your apptitudes. College Crunch's Career Guide is a great place to start gathering information about MBA and the many programs available.

All of those sites provide some help but, let me throw some caution to the wind. Since anyone can access these boards, the jobs are often flooded with applicants. Some companies post jobs to a more exclusive board, and it is automatically uploaded to the more common ones. I would look for jobs through your school and by networking. I'm not saying NOT to apply to those jobs - I'm just saying consider how many people apply for the job per day, per week, etc. Don't be surprised if you hear anything back from those companies.

It might be easy to cut corners but, I really believe you should be submitting personal CVs. Don't cut corners. You would be surprised how easily it is spotted in the HR world.

I think that you should get some work experience before you start as well. However, I don't see any reason why a psychology background would limit you in marketing. Most MBA programs require 2 years of work experience before you apply.

In some professions (i.e., social work, urban planning, counseling, public health), the master's degree is the entry-level requirement for career advancement and licensing/certification. Thus, the master's degree is not a worthless investment at all.
Michigan girl is right. Depending on what you want to do in meteorology, you may need a master's degree. Hang in there and know that you will be able to survive with loans once you get a job.

I think that your great GPA and drive will allow you to still be competitive with top MBA programs. I understand you are frustrated stuck in your undergrad program but, it wasn't a bad decision. I would have advised you to finish up your degree and minor in business, work for a year or two, and then return for your MBA. You can be accepted into an MBA program with any background. You should try and get a part time job or internship that will help boost your experience.
