Hi, all! I have a question on how to decide between programs. Here is my situation: I have been accepted to two programs, OSU and University of Texas El Paso for Latin American History PhD. Both have offered me the same stipend, health insurance, etc. Both have professors I would love to work with. I am now down to decided and having a bit of trouble. What else should I look for? Any opinions on the two schools? Really, any helpful comment is appreciated!
