Rejected from teachers college and rutgers still waiting for 5 other.

Is there anyone heard from these universities in PhD or EdD prgrams? Can you tell me which program you have been accepted to or rejected by? University of Maryland University of Connecticut Cornell University Washington University in St. Louis Rutgers University

I've also applied for Curriculum and Instruction Program in Boston College Lynch School of Education, but haven't heard anything from them so far. Do you know if they have informed all rejections and acceptences? if yes, how do they notify rejections?
