First time it's ever been me bringing donuts to class. Never had a problem with making students bring them, probably because I make vague, half-joking grade-related threats

First notification I get and it's an acceptance! Notified yesterday, so it looks like they're not notifying everyone at the same time (although I'm in California so maybe time zones have something to do with it). They called me while I was teaching, and I had forgotten to turn off my phone, and now (according to my syllabus) I owe my class donuts ... but completely worth it. Congrats to everyone else who got in!
