Just had my first phone interview, need help

If he said "keep in touch" does that mean he is interested and will contact me in the future? -
I just had a phone interview with a professor from University of Toronto. I felt I did well. But during the interview, I felt that the prof was in a rush we didnt talk for more than 15 minutes. Should I be concerned about the length of the interview? He did say to keep in touch. That was it.
