Seems we need to choose 3 items out of 9. But we need to rule out the case that all 3 items are meat, which is 3 out of 4 items. To choose 3 out of 9, there are 9!/(6!*3!)=84 ways. To choose 3 out of 4, there are 4!/(1!*3!)=4 ways. So in all, it is 84-4=80.

In the Result Survey section, all UMich ME updates are interviews. Has somebody got the offer? If not, when will the decisions be made? It is so unsettling to wait on and on...... Do they send offers first and reject later? Hope someone can give me some info. Thanks a lot!
