the thing i have met everything except the GPA for admission i got 2.95 out of 4 but the minimum is 3.0 but everything else my experience, gre master is great

I got this email from the department, "the CS department at bla bla has reviewed your application for admission to the Ph.D. program and expressed a positive determination; please keep in mind that the final decision for admission to bla bla will need to come from the Graduate Admission Office. Please note that, as per bla bla regulations, a student is officially admitted to a doctoral program only upon completion of the qualifying examination." so does that mean that I'm in and i have a question do you think they will give conditional or regular admission coz my sponsor only accept regular admission 0 Quote MultiQuote

The department has assigned the following requirements for admission to the doctoral program * Undergraduate deficiencies: CS 466, CS 469 and CS 471 * Qualifying examination: to be completed no later than Fall 2013 Please note that, as per NMSU regulations, a student is officially admitted to a doctoral program only upon completion of the qualifying examination." so does that mean that I'm in and i have a question do you think they will give conditional or regular admission coz my sponsor only accept regular admission
