I just called Carter to ask about New Zealand and she said that if you haven't received an email, you didn't get an offer. She also said it was highly unlikely that anyone would turn down their offer so you could have a spot lol. Formal rejections will be on their way soon

So should we assume that if we didn't get an offer yet, we'll only get one at this point if someone declines their award? Waiting is the worst :(
