Does anyone know which schools don't require, or don't really place much of an emphasis on the GRE? Unfortunately my gre scores do not meet the same standard as my gpa and I worry about my ability to be accepted in an appropriate program. Many thanks!

Hello, I'm brand new to this website. I just finished my BA in Art History and now I'm taking a year off to plan and apply for graduate schools. I need to start looking into programs relating to my area of interest (French "modern" art, in the broadest sense), and I am not totally sure where to start. I would really appreciate any school recommendations to start my research. Thank you!
