Try searching on The ASA, American Studies Association. They have a list, and Berkeley is on it. Also, what specifically are you interested in doing in an Ethnic Sudies program? You can try to wikipedia Asian American Studies, Latino Studies ect...and see what University's or people pop up and what schools they are currently teaching at .

Hi there, I was just notified today through mail that I received this fellowship @ UC Berkeley. The best source of information that I have been able to find on the web about it is here: http://currents.ucsc.edu/05-06/10-03/brief-fellows.asp .
