  1. Hey I also applied and was accepted to UT-Austin. I'm going to post this question in another forum to see if it elicits any responses! Let me know if you've heard anything, though. Thanks!
  2. found out yesterday afternon via email - was a v standard email explaining the official letter would be out 'soon' ....... they are still emailing/sending i think - no worries!!!
  3. I didn't get the email or a letter, so maybe email means you are in! Congrats!
  4. any of you know about the International Development Policy Program at Duke, also in the T Sanford building.??????? I'm deciding bt the pidp at duke and the MPP at JHopkins, I really like the int'l focus at Duke but am not sure I will want to work abroad forever.. any input or ideas or anything about the PIDP/DCID (Duke Center for Int'l Dev) would be really appreciated, doesn't seem to be much info about this program on here! thanks!!!
  5. no it didn't say anything about that in the email... the deadline, that is. :?:
  6. i was v excited about my acceptance to the new school until my undergrad prof told me to google what is going on there now with current president/profs and all that... you should check it out, current president is not loved by all at alll...... causing some serious prblems there.
  7. i just heard today as well, via email, said official letter will be mailed shortly...
  8. any new/recent ideas on NYU/Wagner? I am interested in the nonprofit management program---- concentration on int'l policy....... looks like a great program/great profs and good interning opportunities, but def worried about tuition/cost of living.
  9. i think duke is rated better for mpp than umd and georgetown, go duke. i'm considering duke as well, cost of living is cheaper...
  10. Anyone know much about Duke's International Development Policy program??? I'm torn between this program the MPP at JHopkins and NYU Wagner, any advice? Suggestions?
  11. z, congratulations! What an odd dollar amount though; you'd think they'd have made it an even 25k.(?) But that's a boatload of money, nonetheless! I hope mine comes tomorrow. Show me the money! East_of_Eden Decaf ---------they often do it by percentage of total tuition
  12. you can request to see a pdf version of your acceptance letter, it will include the scholarship amount!
