Congrats I was just accepted to UT Dallas for their speech-language pathology master's program. I'm not sure if the two schools run things similarly or not, but I was notified of the tuition reduction (out of state being reduced to instate) in my acceptance letter. I didnt do anything extra to apply for it, so I'm wondering if it's based off of your application?
