Hello! I had accepted offer to join phd at Texas a&m which was sent way early in Feb but today I recieved admit notification from UBC Vancouver. What should I do now? Can we accept an offer and decline it later on?

I got rejection mail too yesterday. Finally.

I wrote to chemgradinfo@ucsd.edu & got no reply even after waiting for several days. I finally wrote to gradadmissions@ad.ucsd.edu and they replied that we are still reviewing your application. Have you accepted offer from other university?

My application status says 'in review'
