Acceptance rate from waiting-list in UPenn

Unfortunately, not yet.. I applied to 10 schools and rejected from 5 schools. Still waiting for news from UT Austin, TAMU, Colorado State Univ. and Brandeis -
I was informed I am on the waiting list in UPenn chemistry. You guys know how much possible I can be off the waiting list to get the acceptance and when the final notification is given? Penn is one of my top choice and I really, really want to attend to UPenn. My specific major is organic chemistry.
