TOT I applied this program (phd) too, and also no ad,no offer and no rej, Cheryl told me in the earlier March that decisions will be made by March 15, and phd would be discussed first followed by master. But when I asked her information about application several days ago, she said that decision is still in process and will be made by April 1. So, do you have anything to share?
