Beebs

I just received a package containing an "estimated award" for financial aid. I have not yet received my admission decision—I gave the program a call and the admissions people said that the estimated award thing doesn't guarantee anything and that they couldn't tell me if I got in, but that a decision was made on the 5th and it should be arriving shortly. Right before the conversation ended they sort of mumbled that it "looked promising." I'm so close to knowing, but there is still doubt! It's maddening!
