Hello everyone! I'm so relieved to find this forum - our own little support group in this awful waiting game! First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to those who have been accepted, that must feel SO great! And to those who didn't receive such great news - there's always next year, and even making it through round one is an accomplishment!
I feel like I've been waiting forever too - I'm a finalist for a Spain ETA and I haven't heard back yet, but I go to college in Moorhead, MN (near Fargo) where it's been flooding and my neighborhood was evacuated last week. I double checked my application online and yep, I put my college house address in Moorhead on the application. So, needless to say, when I drive back there tomorrow I'll be racing to check my mailbox!
It sounds like those from Spain have mostly already heard? Any other Spain ETAs in particular? And does anyone know - do all accepted Fulbright fellows attend the orientation in Washington D.C. prior to going to the host country? I know Spain requires a mid-September orientation in Madrid, but I wasn't sure if there was something else.
