I am applying to MPA programs for Fall 2013 and I want to start my applications at the end of the summer. I am scrambling now to prepare for the GREs and my scores (off the bat) aren't quite where I need them to be. Though NYU Wagner doesn't officially post average GRE scores, since they are not an application requirement, does anyone know around what it might be? Also looking at Columbia's SIPA (definitely a reach), UT Austin's LBJ, Madison (though that's where I went for undergrad and I not sure I want to brave Wisconsin winters again) and USC. Based on my school choices (top 25 but not necessarily top 10), any advice on what scores I should be shooting for would be much appreciated!

NYU's Wagner doesn't require GRE scores, is it still a good idea to send them? I am assuming yes.
