Teaching or research?

Yeah, they sent it to everyone's home address, which is a total pain. I just had my mother scan it and email it to me. The letter makes it very clear that it's an acceptance, but then it's still a little ambiguous what you need to do from that point -- for example who you need to email to accept. Why can't they just give a clear set of instructions??

To anyone else who got good news from the Fulbright Commission regarding an ETA in Germany, I have a question. You know how they told us we need to write or email both the Fulbright Commission and PAD to tell them we're accepting the grant? Well, who exactly should we email? There's what appears to be a general email address for Fulbright in Germany, but there's no contact info for the PAD. Any ideas?

I got a very vague email yesterday informing me that a letter had been sent to my home regarding my application. From this alone, I would have assumed that all finalists received this email, but it also included a list of youth hostels in Cologne (where they have the Fulbright orientation in Germany). So, I replied to the email and asked if all finalists had gotten the email or just those who had been awarded the grant. I got a reply today saying the email was just for the grantees, so if anyone else who applied for an ETA in Germany got this email and wasn't sure whether or not to jump up and down, feel free to start jumping!
