Hi, I'll be moving to New York next Fall, it's very exciting but so hard to find affordable housing ! I might have found a place near the Prospect Avenue metro stop (also not too far from 4th Avenue and 9th Street). Do any of you know if it's a nice neighborhood to live in and if these subway lines are safe at night ? Thanks
