I have done Bachelor of Engineering 4 yrs course in Comp. Science (3.63 GPA) with about 10 yrs of work experience ( 5 yrs in USA). I want to do a masters program along with my job. Which institue has good evening masters program in washington area? I am on H1-B visa and have been living in Virginia for a little over a year. Can i get in-state tuition rates? Thanks in advance.
