I have been admitted for both A&M and Uni of Arizona for PHD in Electrical Engineering A&M : No RA offer Arizona : RA offer Im not decided yet ...... I want to go to A&M on my own expense, coz A&M is teir 1 Engineering school ??!! Any advice or suggestion ?!!

i took GRE one week ago, I scored (Q:163, V:138). should I retake the GRE in order to increase my Quantitative score ? Im planing to apply for PHD in electrical engineering, Iowa state, Texas A&M, virginia tech... is my scores good enough tobe admitted ??
