hey. i have got admits from the following universities USC (MS CS) (Networks) NCSU (MS CS-CN networks) UFL (MS ECE ) - 12K aid Virginia Tech (recommended for Meng , not confirmed yet). Amongst these which would be the best place considering the cost, quality of education and the job prospects?. I know that USC and NCSU have a great program for networks, but then the aid scene is not good in both these unis. Some seniors told me that vtech has a good program for wireless networks. i was planning to join there if they confirm my admit. I dont have any idea about UFL though. but the 12K aid makes it a very attractive option. which would be the best option for me? please advise thanks
