Question...if awarded the NSF fellowship can I immediately defer it the first year? Or do I need to claim tenure for the first year and THEN I'm eligible to defer for any of the following years? From what I understand, I can defer any two of the 5 years, including the first. Just thought I'd ask everyone else on here. :wink: Thx
