Hi! I emailed the Residence office because I never had the option to choose my preference in residence. This was their response: I applied for College Quarter and Graduate Housing Hello, Students will pick their rooms online, so there is no preference section since only the rooms available will be visible for students to pick. College Quarter will be picking in June, and we will notify you by email when you can pick. College Quarter is our largest Residence Building, and we will likely have plenty of space for students. Graduate House has no set date for when it will be open, and we cannot guarantee any students will be moving in there before August 14th. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Hi, I also received the same letter yesterday morning . What I don't understand is how can U of A say that all the spaces for Health promotion are taken and confirmed, when there is so many people still that have not even heard from them... Anybody has heard of Top schools like UBC or Toronto who have accepted applicants who do not meet their GPA requirements, but may have lots of work experience?
