Moved to Turkey with my (Turkish) husband so he could go to medical school. We've been here for one year. İ'm starting classes towards a PhD in the spring but won't officially start as a candidate until next fall. Just wondering if anyone is/has been in a similar situation and knows of fellowships İ could apply for in the U.S. İ can't apply for Fullbright because İ've already been living here for a year... My dept. is Material Sciences and Nanotechnology - will be working on a nanobiotech project. Thanks!
