Any Hospice Social workers?

Hi

I know this is a long shot but I had to give it a try. I'm in school for my BSW and in one of my classes, we have to interview a social worker from a field that we are interested in. I am very interested in Hospice/Palliative Care Social Work and was wondering if there is anyone in that field in this group? 

Here are the questions if anyone is interested in answering something (can be answered here in the public forum, in messages, by e-mail, whatever you prefer):

1. Job description

2. A summary of a day in your life as a Hospice Social Worker

3. Target population 

4. Anything else you want to add such as burnout, self-care, assumptions people make about your job, the hardest part of your job, most rewarding moments, etc.
