Ambitious Programs for Low Temperature Physics

Hello GradCafe users,

I am searching for doctoral programs (both in the US and Europe) that are very active in low temperature physics research. I tried searching for similar questions on GradCafe but could not find (I did not search deeply, though). Hence, I am asking this question to get some perspective from all of you. If low temperature physics is too vague, I am looking for something along the lines of research in superfluids, fluid wetting and spreading, if that helps.
