Unfortunately, no one knows for sure until you hear yourself. Although others have been accepted/waitlisted/rejected, I've heard nothing (according to some that means I am high on the list so they are waiting for first round replies for those who have been accepted)--but who knows. Those who have seen rejected/accepted online, could someone copy and paste the link where you saw this information. I am afraid that I may be checking in the wrong place possibly since I have heard nothing.

I still haven't heard a peep, either. Foyo, I'm guessing from your list of schools that you've applied for rhet/comp? I have as well, so that might have something to do with it. I hope it means we're still under consideration and not just that we're on the bottom of a pile they haven't finished putting in the data for :-/

I was told that all wait list notifications have already been made. The same admissions committee makes both rhet/comp and literature decisions at the same time. That said, I am not not totally sure why some have yet to receive rejections.
