Has anyone heard from UGA for the environmental health PhD in Toxicology? Is there any way that I can check my status online?

Nope, and I'm waiting (desperately) to hear from their Ecology program. I'm not sure how it works in your department, but Ecology said they sent their recommendations for admission to the general Graduate School Office some time last week; as soon as the grad school decides on university-wide fellowships and other funding stuff, the departments will be able to let us know.

No, it's not my top choice. But it is the only program that I haven't heard back from. My department seems to have funding issues and are admitting you only if a faculty member wants you in their lab. I guess I'll just keep waiting and hopefully they will decide soon. good luck to you!!
