I was accepted into their PhD program and, although I haven't officially decided yet, I'm 99.98% sure I'll be going there. I believe they have a student housing portal online that helps to hook students up with decent apartments and whatnot... I'd check that out (you might only be able to access it once you have a school login ID though). Also, when I was there for the visiting weekend, all of the students and faculty were very nice and stressed that they would be happy to help anyone with housing stuff. Hey Anon thanks for that info, im still waiting on my student login but I will get that in the next day or two I believe. I've talked to Diana about some stuff but not housing.
